This loft addition features rope lighting behind the recessed crown in the coffer ceiling, wood floors and wrought iron railing (curved balcony railing).

Faux wood beams and a pool table light have been installed in the coffer ceiling. This area is intended to be a game room with a pool table. A small 1/2 bath (powder room) was added for the loft.
