Los Angeles Loft Additions

L.A. County Loft Additions by Truadditions>
Turn your existing high ceiling into a new loft or bedroom.

Here's a picture of what a high ceiling looks like BEFORE we add the new room.

If this was going to be an open loft addition it would have open railing across the balcony>
But since this is going to be a bedroom addition we build it with a full height wall that included an arched architectural soffit design on the wall . See below;

Exterior Folding Doors

You can combine the interior space with the exterior by using these wide open folding doors systems. We've done many doors like the one featured on houzz below by adodwell interior design.

The photo below it was a three panel folding door system using Jeld Wen Fiberglass doors that look just like wood , but stand up to the elements near the coast very well. The three panel door system (bottom photo) was installed in Newport Coast, California. St Michel tract.
