If you have a three car garage and are looking for another bedroom, home office or bonus room, you might consider this cost efficient method of gaining the needed space. Often times the third car garage is used for storage. With a little organization and relocating the storage items you may be able to convert your garage into a new room.
The inside will give you more space according to the size of the garage. The floor can be raised to match the existing home interior.
The outside of your home is remodeled as well. See the before and after photo showing a basic third car garage conversion (exterior view).
Notice that we didn't just remove the garage door, but also removed the garage door header (top framing of the garage door) and installed a new window header raised to match the other window heights.
