Loft Addition Experts
If you have a slanted ceiling in your home or attic and the space is just too low, you can widen your options and heighten you headroom with a feature called a dormer. Dormer rooms and additions come in all shapes and sizes.
Lofts are a super cost effective way to gain a new room fast. As long as you have enough ceiling height a new structural floor system is added along with electrical circuits, outlets, recessed lighting, and perhaps a few air vents need to be modified. In some cases the windows are already in the right position and all that is needed is a replacement window that opens for fresh air.
Chino Hills has an abundance of homes with high ceilings that can be converted to a loft.
